Saddle Fitting

I specialize in on-site alterations, which means that the vast majority of changes can be made to your saddle on the DAY OF your fitting. This means, in most cases, you will not have to be without the use of your saddle for any amount of time.

My goal is to work within your budget, to provide the best possible saddle fit option for you and your horse, so you can both perform comfortably, happily, and at your best!

*Each new client of Eastern Equine Dynamics undergoes a full musculo-skeletal health evaluation. Even those clients who are interested exclusively in our saddle fitting services. Unfortunately, saddle fitting is not often as simple as setting saddle on a horses back, waving a magic wand, and VOILA! As a horse health care professional, we need to look at the entire horse, and issues that may exist throughout the body that may negatively impact saddle fit, or that may be contributing factors to the issues you might be experiencing under saddle. More often than not, there are several factors outside of the saddle fit that may need to be addressed in order to achieve the goals you are setting for you and your equine partner.

We can assess and adjust your existing saddles, or provide you with the information and tracings needed to help you along on your new saddle search if need be.
